Intern People Analytics - Change Management

Location: Columbus, Ohio — Arena District; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the reporting location.

Salary range: $19.80–$33.00.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Enterprise Change Management Organization and Change Management teams.
• Support important projects while learning within a team environment.
• Create dashboards and apply data visualization, survey analysis, data cleaning, and validation techniques.
• Build professional relationships with interns, managers, and employees across hirify.global.
• Participate in professional development and team-building activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university and entering the junior or senior year in fall 2027.
• Major or related coursework in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, or Data Modeling.
• Intermediate-level coursework completed, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Advanced Excel experience, Power BI experience, and experience creating dashboards.
• Experience or coursework in data modeling, data visualization, survey analysis, and data cleaning and validation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Workday experience and people analytics coursework.
• AI/Copilot experience.
• SQL experience.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Office environment experience.
