Sr. Software Engineer - NA UGG (React)

Location: Remote within approved US states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas, or Wisconsin

Salary: $96,600–$130,400 per year for the Goleta, California remote location.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations for UGG’s digital platforms.
• Build reusable UI and code components for company websites.
• Integrate third-party APIs, functions, and widgets to expand site capabilities.
• Implement technical requirements within agreed timelines while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Collaborate in a Scrum/Agile environment through estimation, daily standups, and sprint planning.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and support complex technical tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments.
• Experience with desktop and mobile web development using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proficiency with React, Bootstrap, and Vue.
• Understanding of web standards, ADA, and WCAG accessibility requirements.
• Experience with website integrations, APIs, content management systems, and Scrum/Agile delivery.
• Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or Web Development; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
