What you will do

• Build and maintain an LLM-powered supply chain knowledge base with validated SQL, business rules, glossary definitions, workflow summaries, and agent tools.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and quality controls, write test cases, run evaluations, and resolve hallucinations and retrieval gaps.
• Create Python tooling and automation for freshness checks, extraction scripts, scheduled jobs, and knowledge-base synchronization.
• Own BigQuery pipelines, Looker and Tableau dashboards, and data models supporting weekly and monthly Operations Planning cycles.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, investigate forecast misses, assess operational decisions, and develop KPIs for fulfillment, receiving, inventory, returns, and capacity.
• Partner with planners, business stakeholders, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Technology while promoting data quality and governance.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of data analytics experience and the ability to deliver business-critical analytics independently.
• Advanced SQL with hands-on BigQuery experience, plus knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and query construction.
• Experience building and maintaining Python data pipelines and automation with validation, monitoring, and workflow scripts.
• Practical experience with LLM systems, including prompt design, tool or function definitions, retrieval patterns such as RAG, evaluation frameworks, or structured AI knowledge curation.
• Proficiency with at least one visualization tool, preferably Looker, and strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders and operational leadership.

Nice to have

• Supply chain expertise in retail or consumer goods.
• Experience with outbound fulfillment, inbound operations, inventory, returns, or capacity planning.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development and productivity tools such as Claude Code or Claude Desktop.
