What you will do

• Partner with North American studios to define instrumentation requirements, event schemas, and KPIs aligned with the centralized SDK and data standards.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, self-serve analytics tools, data pipelines, and reporting layers.
• Translate telemetry data into analytical insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate analytics alignment, review sessions, and reporting cadences between North American studios and the Korea-based central team.
• Validate SDK integrations, event logging, data completeness, and schema consistency with studio engineers.
• Analyze game health, feature performance, A/B tests, and live operations events while developing AI-assisted automation and tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years in the games industry.
• Deep experience with event-based telemetry and game data pipelines.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency with Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of live service metrics such as DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV, and session depth.
• Experience owning analytics from instrumentation specifications through stakeholder reporting.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting multiple studios or product teams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Business-level Korean proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with Korean or other Asia-Pacific organizations.
• Experience building AI-powered internal tools, shared data SDKs, or central instrumentation libraries.
• Background in publishing analytics, data governance, schema registries, or data contracts.
