What you will do
- Develop new features and maintain existing functionality for healthcare claims and revenue-management products.
- Design and maintain extensible, performant architecture for enterprise cloud-based applications.
- Build cloud software using modern CI/CD practices and support automation and developer productivity.
- Perform code reviews, expand unit test coverage, monitor code quality, and address security vulnerabilities.
- Analyze, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve functional, performance, and production defects.
- Document code, deployment instructions, support procedures, and technical deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field, or 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing software in an Agile environment.
- Good knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, C++, SQL, and WebAPI.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, Moq, MSTest, or NSpec.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and automation integration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with developers, product owners, support organizations, and project leadership.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of .NET and knowledge of Azure.
- Experience with continuous integration, automated testing, and test-driven development.
- Cloud-based software development experience.
- Healthcare domain knowledge in Patient Accounting, HIM, Revenue Cycle, or IT integration.
- Experience monitoring code quality, unit test coverage, and security vulnerabilities.
