Presentations Supervisor (Creative Production)

Location: Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio, USA; local Columbus-area candidates only. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Salary: $64,000–$98,400 per year, with potential bonus, commission, or incentive compensation depending on the role.

What you will do

• Supervise daily work assignments across presentation design, creative and marketing design, pitch books, and related service offerings.
• Manage projects and ad hoc requests to ensure accurate, efficient delivery within deadlines and agreed service levels.
• Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, operational metrics, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and communicate risks, solutions, and process improvements.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including interviewing, onboarding, training, performance feedback, staffing, and offboarding.
• Allocate staffing by workflow volume, shift, and service line while supporting reports, client reviews, and P&L activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience and at least 3 years of presentation design or creative production experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including presentation formatting and the creation and editing of graphics, charts, and graphs.
• Strong grammar, composition, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Client service, communication, organization, independent decision-making, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential documents and information and work effectively with diverse, multifunctional teams.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Experience with manager self-service systems and centralized HR functions.
• Basic understanding of how operational decisions affect P&L.
