TL;DR
Senior Consultant - Data & Analytics (SQL/Cloud Data Platforms): Building and optimizing enterprise data pipelines, analytical environments, data models, and business intelligence solutions with an accent on BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Looker, Snowflake, and Databricks. Focus on translating complex business challenges into actionable plans, leading requirements and stakeholder workshops, and delivering reliable data solutions across projects.
Location: Anywhere in the USA; remote

provides technology and business consulting for the Media & Entertainment and Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail industries, including data and analytics, digital media supply chain, IP and rights management, broadcast transformation, Salesforce, and applied AI.
What you will do
- Develop enterprise data solutions using SQL and occasionally Python.
- Create data visualizations and self-service BI solutions with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
- Design, deploy, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and analytical environments using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Participate in project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops, translate business challenges into actionable plans, and communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Identify risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and contribute to mentoring, recruitment, strategy, and methodology initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting or data-focused experience with strong SQL expertise.
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Looker, and enterprise data solutions.
- 3+ years of project management, process, implementation, and SDLC experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience with requirements gathering, meeting facilitation, presentations, and deliverable review sessions.
- Experience designing and building relational databases or data warehouses and working with business-driven BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in Media & Entertainment or Consumer Products.
- Experience at a large consulting firm.
- Cloud computing experience with AWS or other vendors.
- Ability to automate data-related tasks with scripts, profile and analyze data patterns, and present solutions to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with dbt.
