What you will do
- Manage accounts and analyze expenses, including manufacturing overhead and selling, administrative, and research-related costs.
- Manage working capital and support improvement projects involving inventory, tooling, prototypes, and R&D sales.
- Perform investment controlling, payback analysis, footprint analysis, and benchmarking of labor and overhead costs in China.
- Initiate and follow up on process improvement and digitalization projects, including accounts receivable and treasury efficiency initiatives.
- Support reporting, month-end closing, plant presentations, and financial variance analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing factory environment.
- Strong experience in financial analysis and cost reduction.
- Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good English communication skills.
- Independent problem-solving ability, initiative, and self-motivation.
