What you will do
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Finance for China MedTech, including business planning, forecasting, financial closing, and reporting.
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for MedTech Supply Chain Deliver and Plan teams across strategic plans, business plans, financial updates, quarterly reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Partner with China MedTech Supply Chain leadership to provide financial insights on cost improvement projects and strategic initiatives.
- Track and report capital investments, build business cases, and validate cost improvement projects with market Supply Chain leadership.
- Support compliance and financial reporting in collaboration with Commercial Finance, Global Services, and Supply Chain Operations.
- Support APAC Supply Chain Finance standardization, cost transparency, and SigniFi project deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall finance experience, preferably including financial analysis, FP&A, business finance, or end-to-end Supply Chain Finance.
- A BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese are required.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supply Chain and network knowledge is preferred.
Nice to have
- MBA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA certification.
- Experience with SAP, TM1, or Anaplan.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Finance standardization and cost-performance transparency.
