RTR Jr. Accountant (Manufacturing)

Location: Suzhou, China; onsite

Designs and delivers electrical distribution systems for vehicles, robotics, energy platforms, and other electrified, automated, and connected products.

What you will do

• Manage fixed assets and related accounting processes, including entries, transfers, disposals, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the closing schedule.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations and provide information for internal and external audits.
• Analyze and forecast fixed-asset data.
• Coordinate with factory departments to understand issues and support their resolution.
• Improve accounting processes and maintain related process documentation and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• More than two years of fixed-asset accounting experience in a large manufacturing enterprise.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Intermediate accounting, CMA, CPA, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience with a financial shared service center is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
