What you will do
- Process and resolve invoices, including purchase order mismatches, system errors, discrepancies, and finance-related queries.
- Monitor invoice validation, exception handling, status tracking, and processing against service-level agreements.
- Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with Procurement, Finance, BPOs, and suppliers.
- Extract, validate, and analyze data for reporting and audit requirements while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Apply invoice-processing controls, tax and statutory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify workflow improvements and support process standardization, automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of invoice workflows, purchase order matching, and exception handling.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with Payments, Procurement, Finance, third-party suppliers, and BPO partners.
Nice to have
- Understanding of payments and invoice-processing operations.
- Experience with SAP MM/FI or another ERP system.
- Shared-services industry experience.
