Senior Business Strategist

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories; approximately 25% domestic travel to Memphis, Tennessee is required.

What you will do

• Evaluate strategic objectives, formulate strategic direction, and support enterprise decision-making with business trends and data analytics.
• Develop business analyses, business cases, risk assessments, strategic frameworks, and business scenarios.
• Build fact-based recommendations using market, industry, customer, competitive, technology, and product performance insights.
• Partner with finance, engineering, product, and international regional stakeholders on strategic priorities.
• Lead platform rollouts and integrations across analytics and business environments.
• Provide guidance across cross-functional teams on strategic recommendations and technology-driven change.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative business or closely related technical field plus 3 years of related experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience.
• Experience developing frameworks and dashboards that align technology and business investments with strategic and financial goals.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, databases, BI tools, and data modeling.
• Experience designing scalable operational processes, automated reporting pipelines, resource management dashboards, and executive visibility tools.
• Experience with strategic assessments, market research, competitive and customer analysis, product performance, and transformational technology initiatives.
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
