Data Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and operational systems to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, visualizations, and presentations for business users and leadership.
• Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and other departments.
• Support data migration, integration, quality, governance, and documentation initiatives.
• Apply current best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-accuracy skills.
• Knowledge of data flows within ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, or Salesforce in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks or Delta Lake.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Exposure to Agile environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
