Principal Analytics Lead (Fraud Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day coordination, issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and contractor resource alignment across analytics workstreams.
• Provide accountability for fraud analytics, emerging risk response, and portfolio reporting execution.
• Track completed and upcoming work, staffing risks, dependencies, quality reviews, and required documentation in Government-designated systems.
• Translate hirify.globall findings, model and rule performance, fraud metrics, release plans, and operational indicators into recommendations for Government stakeholders and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience leading complex analytics, compliance, fraud detection, risk management, or regulatory analytics programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in fraud or compliance analytics within a federal agency or similarly complex regulatory environment.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Active or obtainable IRS MBI clearance is required.
