Data Engineer (Workforce Planning & Human Capital Analytics)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines, data architecture, and workforce data infrastructure.
• Develop role-based Power BI and Tableau dashboards, workforce models, and predictive analytics.
• Manage data, governance structures, enterprise reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Integrate IT systems and workforce planning tools to support federal human capital management.
• Engineer, test, and optimize data pipelines, automation routines, cloud services, and technical components.
• Improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, service delivery, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with ETL, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to support complex deliverables independently and solve problems in workforce data strategy.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
