Production Planner (Data Center Solutions)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end production planning in the Data Center Solutions environment.
• Manage in-house and external supply chains while balancing capacity across manufacturing areas.
• Translate SIOP demand into executable production schedules.
• Coordinate with SIOP, production, logistics, and procurement through weekly demand calls and daily shopfloor meetings.
• Support new product introductions and their integration into production.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kanban, and digital planning tools.

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial education, such as industrial clerk, technician, technical business administrator, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of planning and production processes, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Practical experience with SAP ECC for production planning and materials management.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, required.
• Basic understanding of Lean principles, with a structured and analytical approach to planning, numbers, and data.
• Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement.
