Quality Practice Advisor

Location: Remote in Ohio; must reside in the state of Ohio and travel to provider offices up to 50% of the time

Salary: $27.02–$48.55 per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with large physician practices, IPAs, and provider-facing teams.
• Educate providers on NCQA HEDIS measures, risk adjustment, medical record documentation, and appropriate coding.
• Collect, summarize, trend, and present provider quality performance data.
• Coach practices on quality improvement opportunities, gap closure, and deficiencies affecting plan compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of provider quality improvement interventions and audits.
• Travel to provider offices up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Must reside in Ohio and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment coding.
• Experience with healthcare reporting and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Managed care or health insurance experience, provider group interaction, and process improvement knowledge are preferred.
