What you will do

  • Support the Federal Opioid Prescriber Support program by conducting direct outreach and engagement with assigned prescribers and clinical partners.
  • Provide coaching and targeted technical assistance on evidence-based pain management, opioid stewardship, opioid-related risk reduction, and quality improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned prescribers and support their graduation from the OPS program.
  • Document required activities and coordinate with team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to contract expectations and performance goals through provider support and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in clinical quality improvement, healthcare education, provider engagement, technical assistance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement methods, evidence-based pain management, opioid-related risk reduction, healthcare data, and provider support.
  • Availability for 15%–60% travel is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree or specialty certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar documentation systems, CMS quality improvement initiatives, quality reporting, or federal healthcare contracts is helpful.
