Purchasing Manager (Quantum Computing)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pasadena, CA

Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end purchasing process, from team requests to same-day orders.
• Track lead times, manage confirmations, and resolve issues with late shipments.
• Correspond with vendors regarding quotes, expedites, and long-term partnerships.
• Manage international orders and customs documentation.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders through to final payment.
• Collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to ensure all necessary equipment is acquired.
