Termite and Home Services Technician and Trainer

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; on-site field work serving assigned customers.

What you will do

• Deliver safe, timely, and effective termite and home services to established and new customers.
• Complete annual reinspections, identify concerning conditions, and document service findings.
• Explain completed work, recommend solutions, communicate benefits, and coordinate follow-up services.
• Maintain service vehicles, equipment, and sufficient product inventory.
• Manage schedules proactively and coordinate interventions with management and branch support.
• Conduct classroom and field training for apprentice technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, communicate verbally, and present information internally and externally.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow product-label mixing instructions.
• Maintain licenses and certificates required by federal, state, or local regulations.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
