What you will do

• Assist with experimental design, execution, and analysis under the guidance of senior researchers.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, collect data, and interpret results using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, observations, and results in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory, and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate experimental procedures, results, and insights.
• Support senior scientists with experimental setup, reviews, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Master's degree required; doctorate preferred.
• Two years of experience required; four years preferred.
• Hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in a research or academic environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and scientific methodologies.
• Ability to collect and analyze experimental data using software or statistical tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
