Salary: $78,100–$116,200 annual base salary, with potential discretionary or non-discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Independently execute various bioanalytical assays for sample testing and method validation.
• Perform relatively high-throughput laboratory experiments and deliver high-quality results.
• Manage multiple bioanalytical projects and prioritize laboratory activities.
• Provide guidance to other team members on assay execution when needed.

Requirements

• Experience executing laboratory-based bioanalytical assays.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
• Strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and consistent experimental execution.
• Ability to work onsite in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA.
• U.S. work eligibility is required; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
