Advanced Research Associate (Aseptic Processing)

What you will do

• Author, revise, and execute SOPs for manufacturing reagents and consumables.
• Facilitate controlled experiments supporting new product development.
• Perform equipment validation and review in-process manufacturing documentation for GMP operations.
• Investigate manufacturing issues and non-conformances, lead troubleshooting, and prepare reports.
• Propose and implement process improvements while supporting operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, train new employees, and maintain compliant workspaces through walkthroughs and device calibrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a related master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience.
• GMP laboratory experience is required.
• Knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of aseptic filling, with exposure to media fills and aseptic process qualification.
• Ability to work in laminar flow hoods and RABS, perform data analysis and calculations, and use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, communication, prioritization, training, and collaboration skills.
