Environmental Solutions Field Project Manager (Environmental Services)

Location: CA-Stockton, United States; field work at client sites and facilities is required.

Pay range: $82,600–$113,650 per year, depending on hiring locality.

What you will do

• Manage environmental field service projects, including contracts, proposals, quality control, supervision, accounting, safety, and resources.
• Develop scopes of work, safety plans, waste characterization, shipping and waste profiles, and project documentation.
• Track purchase orders, project budgets, costs, revenues, invoices, and customer payments.
• Coordinate proposals and customer solutions with sales, proposal specialists, operations, and general management.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, negotiate change orders, and provide customer reporting.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment and compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

Requirements

• At least two years of field-related experience or experience conducting environmental site investigations.
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA, environmental waste regulations, industrial safety practices, and industrial hygiene.
• Experience or competence in industrial, construction, waste disposal, environmental remediation, chemistry, or related work.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; some customer contracts may require a degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, financial planning, and resource management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
