Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (AI Video Security)

Location: Caesarea, Israel (Hybrid); approximately four days per week on-site and approximately one remote day per week depending on operational needs.

hirify.global develops an AI video security platform that uses computer vision and machine learning to help organizations understand visual data, improve security and safety, and streamline operations.

What you will do

• Own daily supply chain, logistics, inventory, and hardware operations.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across Israel and the United States, including shipping, receiving, documentation, couriers, and freight.
• Manage workflows with the U.S. third-party logistics provider and other logistics partners such as DHL.
• Prepare and provision hirify.global cores and servers through software flashing, configuration, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and provisioning issues and coordinate escalations with technical teams.
• Establish scalable logistics processes, identify operational gaps, and improve hardware movement from manufacturing partners to customers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, hardware operations, inventory management, or a related operational role.
• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, domestic or international shipments, and logistics providers.
• Comfort working with computer hardware, servers, networking equipment, or other technical equipment.
• Ability to perform or quickly learn hardware provisioning, software flashing, and functional testing.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, documentation, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Working English proficiency is required for coordination with U.S.-based partners and international logistics providers.

Nice to have

• Experience with a 3PL provider, international freight, customs documentation, or cross-border logistics.
• Experience in technology, electronics, hardware, security, IoT, or a similar environment.
• Experience with contract manufacturers or hardware production partners.
• Familiarity with server or computer provisioning and configuration.
