VP – Product Manager, APAC Private Equity and Investor Relations Technology - Singapore

What you will do

• Own and maintain the APAC technology roadmap for private equity and investor relations use cases, setting quarterly deliverables and communicating priorities and trade-offs.
• Partner with APAC business teams to understand operational workflows and identify opportunities to reduce friction and manual work.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps, then partner with engineering through delivery.
• Build and oversee scalable data-ingestion, reporting, tracking, automation, and workflow solutions for deal tracking, portfolio monitoring, fund performance, and client interactions.
• Identify AI use cases, support adoption of AI and automation tools, and run enablement and training sessions for business users.
• Manage third-party data, research, CRM, and technology vendors and coordinate integrations between BXTI platforms and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, product ownership, project management, business analytics, or related roles.
• Ability to understand user needs and business processes and translate them into clear product requirements and technology solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data, and business teams across discovery, requirements, development, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, SDLC practices, backlog management, release planning, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with BI, CRM, workflow, data, and collaboration platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, DealCloud, Salesforce, Snowflake, Figma, and Lucidchart.

Nice to have

• Exposure to alternative asset management, private equity, investor relations, client services, or wealth management.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, data integration, and data modeling.
• Practical experience delivering AI-enabled productivity, workflow automation, low-code/no-code, or data-driven solutions.
• Experience working across global teams, business functions, technical teams, and time zones.
