What you will do

• Partner with real estate and infrastructure investment teams to develop and execute sales strategies across products and client segments.
• Provide product, investment, and market updates to sales teams, advisors, portfolio managers, and end clients.
• Create monthly updates, quarterly fund reviews, investment themes, deal updates, and tailored client materials.
• Address client and advisor inquiries about private real estate, private infrastructure, and the underlying markets.
• Attend sales meetings with advisors and end clients to present portfolio, performance, and market updates.
• Support Marketing, Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy, and Business Development while overseeing junior team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, asset management, consulting, or wealth management, focused on real assets.
• Deep understanding of private real estate and private infrastructure markets, investment structures, and performance drivers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex investment concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with markets, securities, investment strategies, and the relevant regulatory framework.
• Client-facing activities may require obtaining applicable securities licenses.
