Project Manager, Influencer Marketing (Technology) (integrated technology marketing campaigns): Managing integrated marketing programs for technology, AI, SaaS, and consumer technology clients with an accent on cross-functional delivery, resource planning, budget pacing, and creative production workflows. Focus on building structured project plans, coordinating concurrent workstreams across Strategy, Creative, Production, Influencer, Paid Media, and Analytics, and solving timeline, capacity, and scope risks.

What you will do
- Own master program trackers, project scopes, milestones, work-back schedules, timelines, and delivery infrastructure across assigned accounts.
- Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, hours, burn, pacing, and utilization; identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Forecast capacity, assign resources, balance workloads, manage time-tracking workflows, and conduct regular audits.
- Lead operational meetings, distribute recaps, track follow-up actions, and coordinate communication across Client Services and other centers of excellence.
- Coordinate creative and production logistics from brainstorming and pre-production through review, post-production, final delivery, posting, and paid media handoff.
- Evaluate account workflows and support process standardization and rhythm-of-business efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, or integrated services environment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with competing timelines and shifting priorities.
- Monday.com experience is required.
- Experience with project planning, resource allocation, budget tracking, burn calculations, and utilization analysis.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to drive accountability without direct authority and proactively identify risks with recommended solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for enterprise technology, AI, SaaS, or consumer technology clients.
- Experience supporting technology product launches, AI initiatives, or B2B technology marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing creative production workflows from ideation through final delivery.
