Sr. Manager, Business Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional operational programs from scoping through execution, tracking milestones, owners, outcomes, and impact.
• Design scalable business processes and operating cadences across go-to-market, Finance, Product, and People functions.
• Prepare executive- and board-level briefings, decision memos, performance reviews, strategy documents, and communications.
• Research M&A targets, strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, and competitive market dynamics.
• Support post-merger integration through workstream coordination, synergy tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to strategic planning, market sizing, scenario modeling, geographic expansion analysis, investor relations, and fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, technology operations, or corporate strategy.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, especially infrastructure, enterprise software, or AI/HPC markets.
• Experience supporting or owning corporate development workstreams, including M&A research, diligence, or integration.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, market sizing, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not required for candidates with equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud, or data storage markets.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or business intelligence tools.
• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
