Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting (SaaS)

Salary: $163,900–$235,550 annual base pay, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content requirements.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic initiative data into concise performance narratives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and cross-functional teams to collect, reconcile, and validate source data.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and briefing materials using clear visualizations and actionable insights.
• Manage reporting calendars, review processes, and performance deep dives to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
• Provide scenarios, risk analysis, root-cause insights, and process improvements that support strategic decisions and reduce manual reporting effort.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance within a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience creating company-level executive performance reporting, board materials, or enterprise operating reviews.
• Strong analytical skills, including data validation, performance-driver analysis, trend identification, and recommendation development.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms, plus Excel or equivalent analytical tools.
• Proficiency in using AI for automated reporting and dashboarding.
• Advanced degree in strategy, business, finance, analytics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
