Marketing Director (Semiconductor)

Location: Richardson, Texas; preferred locations include Dallas, Austin, or Santa Clara, United States.

Salary: $166,500–$319,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Lead marketing for the Power product portfolio, covering BCD, BCDLite, GaN, integrated magnetics, and related semiconductor technologies.
• Grow market share by penetrating new accounts, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing design-win opportunities with sales and end-market teams.
• Define product pricing, positioning, messaging, and market strategies while identifying opportunities for portfolio and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute marketing activities throughout new-product lifecycles, including customer presentations and adoption materials.
• Analyze competitive and customer intelligence to influence product roadmaps and address portfolio gaps.
• Build long-range revenue models, support capacity and CapEx decisions, manage customer opportunities, and deliver annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a semiconductor product company.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor technology combined with broad technical and business skills.
• Ability to travel 25%–40% of the time.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution, customer engagement, competitive analysis, and complex business negotiations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, and/or Business Administration.
• Fluency in Chinese, German, or Japanese to support high-growth markets.
