Annual salary: $211,450–$298,520 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute a three-to-five-year hirify.global Foundry business strategy and roadmap.
• Identify emerging market opportunities across AI/ML, HPC, robotics, consumer, mobile, and advanced packaging.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and TAM/SAM analysis.
• Define technology and enablement requirements, drive them into roadmaps, and support customer engagement.
• Build and update mid- to long-term business demand forecasts with account, segment marketing, planning, and operations teams.
• Define hirify.global Foundry's value proposition and differentiation against competitors.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with business acumen or relevant business experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including semiconductor corporate strategy, product planning, or product strategy.
• Experience preparing and communicating business strategies.
• Ability to collaborate across multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Broad semiconductor market knowledge and a deep understanding of foundry industry fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from an assigned hirify.global site in the United States.

Nice to have

• MS, PhD, and/or MBA.
• Semiconductor foundry experience.
