What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy and direction for a broad functional area.
• Develop market requirements, product strategies, technology roadmaps, pricing, and product positioning.
• Direct business planning, market penetration analysis, competitive analysis, and product launches.
• Lead multidisciplinary marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Recommend resource allocation to achieve business goals and improve revenue and market share.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop products and communicate market requirements.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge marketing theories, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience influencing internal and external business or regulatory matters.
• Ability to lead highly visible multidisciplinary initiatives and provide thought leadership.
• Ability to solve complex problems using innovative methods.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with senior management, customers, regulators, and vendors.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
