Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer – Senior (Top Secret with agreement to obtain CI Poly)

Location: Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Capture, define, develop, and document customer requirements from stakeholder discovery through production acceptance.
• Review and model business processes, identify improvement areas, and document current and desired applications.
• Create assessment reports, detailed requirements, workflows, process diagrams, wireframes, and projected plan layouts.
• Perform feasibility analysis, help prioritize deliverables, and recommend technology strategies and courses of action.
• Partner with developers and project managers to support delivery, report software development status, and transfer requirements.
• Provide user training, project transition support, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph is required.
• Eight years of experience capturing and documenting business processes and requirements.
• Six years of experience with SharePoint and IIS environments using the Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Eight years of experience creating process diagrams and mapping business processes to customer requirements.
• Five years of experience scoping projects, estimating effort, evaluating requirements, and delivering SharePoint and IIS applications.
• Experience mentoring junior personnel and at least five years with SDLC and Agile processes; ability to attain additional required clearances.

Nice to have

• Experience with application wireframing and process diagramming tools.
• Experience supporting Agile and Scrum development teams.
