Licensed Nursing Assistant I (Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit)

Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Onsite full-time day shift, 7am–7pm, three 12-hour shifts per week, with every other weekend commitment.

Compensation: $3,000 sign-on bonus paid at 3, 6, and 12 months.

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, emotional support, and age-specific needs.
• Perform clinical tasks within the Licensed Nursing Assistant scope of practice and follow infection-prevention and safety procedures.
• Observe and report symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient condition to the registered nurse.
• Document care in designated areas of the medical record while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.
• Support communication and teamwork among patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License required.
• At least two years of current experience in an acute care setting, with demonstrated proficiency and in-depth nursing practice knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Life Support authorization preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Availability for 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend.
