What you will do

• Support the development, planning, and execution of SOF-specific capabilities across Joint, Military Service, combined, and headquarters wargames.
• Contribute to seminars, workshops, and table-top exercises focused on sensitive activities and future operating environments.
• Conduct analysis and assessments of SOF-specific capabilities to support senior-leader decision-making.
• Prepare analysis for strategic planning meetings, briefings, seminars, and strategy wargames.
• Provide SOF subject-matter expertise and regional and country-specific perspectives to USSOCOM senior leaders.
• Build professional relationships across the Department of Defense, interagency organizations, and the intelligence community.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• 5+ years of strategy and sensitive activities experience, preferably with SOF, at a DoD Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or 4-Star Command within the past 10 years.
• 5+ years of experience conducting strategic and regional studies and assessments to support command strategy analysis and synchronization.
• 5+ years of experience as a sensitive activities planner.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
