Technical Oversight and Compliance Coordinator (Environmental Management)

Location: Richland, Washington, United States; predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with some remote support subject to approval.

What you will do

• Provide technical oversight for DOE Environmental Management tank waste and waste treatment support activities.
• Review compliance requirements, technical deliverables, and alignment with DOE standards.
• Oversee personnel training and operational work processes.
• Maintain compliance oversight checklists and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with senior management and regulatory authorities regarding operational and compliance matters.
• Support program management, project controls, and business activities for the Hanford Field Office.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in technical oversight; DOE experience preferred.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the Environmental Management sector and technical oversight or compliance functions.
• Ability to perform compliance analysis, documentation, and program or project management support.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, communication, organization, and judgment.
• Facility Clearance is required; DOE Clearance may be required depending on the assigned work.
