Credit Analyst I

Location: Remote within the listed U.S. states; PST zone candidates only. Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm PST Monday–Friday, with one weekly late shift and one rotating Saturday shift per month. Training runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm PST for at least four weeks.

Salary: USD $21.00–$22.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Process new loan applications and gather information to evaluate credit risk.
• Underwrite applications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with dealers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships while supporting existing and new business.
• Work with management to develop underwriting skills and qualify for higher levels of decision authority.
• Maintain knowledge of lending and compliance regulations and assist with stipulation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field, or two years of underwriting or lending experience.
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business materials, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to work PST-zone hours, attend scheduled shifts reliably, meet deadlines, concentrate accurately, and adapt to change.
