What you will do

• Manage production planning, scheduling, material inventory monitoring, and production progress tracking.
• Oversee master manufacturing schedules for assigned sites to support customer service and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze production orders, backlog reports, workload, and capacity requirements.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, communicate status to stakeholders, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations to forecast production labor and overtime requirements.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and continuous improvement for the production scheduling function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production facility operations, and manufacturing technologies.
• Understanding of safety, environmental, regulatory, operational, and workforce-management requirements in a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to use and influence organizational policies, standards, and procedures guiding manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work primarily in an office environment with occasional time in production or warehouse settings.
