Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Repair mechanical breakdowns and perform preventive and general maintenance on production equipment.
• Install equipment under the direction of engineering and according to equipment layouts.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, nitrogen, plumbing, tooling, and mechanical issues.
• Perform welding, soldering, fabrication, drilling, tapping, and hydraulic hose assembly.
• Operate mills, lathes, drill presses, band saws, buffers, sanders, and forklifts safely.
• Maintain at least 80% compliance for assigned preventive maintenance and accurately document work in CMMS.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Broad experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to use electrical meters, pressure gauges, calipers, depth gauges, and other measurement tools.
• Familiarity with PLC-based machinery controllers and interfaces, plus demonstrated troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meet demanding deadlines, follow safety requirements, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
