What you will do

• Coordinate projects, contracts, task orders, and technical support activities across multiple locations.
• Track contractor schedules, personnel, communications, work standards, discrepancies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, management structures, meeting minutes, deliverable tracking, and status reports.
• Submit approved design request documentation to appropriate work groups.
• Facilitate site walks and project meetings when the project manager is unavailable.
• Track contracting, material procurement, program planning, and execution status.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of direct project coordination experience supporting program or project managers on construction, utility, infrastructure, IT, or civil projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, business management, or an equivalent field; equivalent experience may be accepted with customer approval.
• CAPM, Agile, or another project management certification, training, or demonstrated experience.
• Experience assessing the potential financial impact of projects.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Experience developing business cases and project justifications.
