What you will do

• Own and govern the global management reporting framework, including definitions, methodologies, standards, and reporting cadences.
• Define, maintain, and publish standardized financial KPIs, metrics, reporting templates, packages, and dashboards.
• Develop and enforce global reporting policies, controls, ownership models, and accountability for financial data and master data.
• Drive adoption of reporting standards through change management, communication, training, guidance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Global FP&A, functional leads, zone finance teams, the Data Management Office, Finance IT, and Data Stewardship teams.
• Lead governance forums and working groups, monitor compliance, drive remediation, and improve reporting practices against industry benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, management reporting, or reporting governance.
• Strong experience with global management reporting, KPI framework design, and financial data governance.
• Experience developing and enforcing reporting policies, standards, and controls in global or enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as enterprise finance platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, process design, standardization, and change management skills.
