Program Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote - Georgia, United States

Salary: $126,198.00–$215,291.00 per year, plus benefits, 401k contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead one or more large-scale or platform programs independently and coordinate globally distributed teams.
• Build and lead cross-functional program teams, establish deliverables and accountability, and track progress from design through commercialization.
• Assess impact, remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and make scope-change decisions.
• Prepare executive-level product, New Product Development, and program communications for audiences including the CEO.
• Provide New Product Development training worldwide and maintain training materials as a subject matter expert.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with New Product Development and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, finance, business, management, or economics.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, presentation, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience leading teams of engineers in a matrix environment and running stakeholder meetings.
• Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and scheduling techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Agile tools such as Jira; PMP certification is preferred.
