Sr. Mechanic (Hydraulics and Electrical Systems)

What you will do

• Perform activity-based repairs, calibration, and service work on equipment.
• Install accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Diagnose equipment issues and direct or assist Assemblers with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Enter findings and inventory information using an iPad or laptop.
• Maintain a safe, clean production environment and operate tools and equipment appropriately.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of basic experience with hydraulics, electrical, gas, and diesel systems.
• Basic knowledge of DC electricity, hydraulics, and mechanical drawings.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools such as multimeters, pressure testers, and analyzers.
• High School Diploma or GED, strong math skills, and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform bending, kneeling, climbing, and other physical tasks.
• Reliable in-person attendance and willingness to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potentially seven days a week.
