R&D Lab Technician - Industrial Cooling (Industrial Cooling)

Location: Pegognaga, Italy; onsite

Annual gross compensation: EUR 40,000–48,000

What you will do

• Assist with planning and executing research and development projects.
• Conduct experiments and quality tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Collect and analyze data and help prepare technical reports.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of new and improved industrial cooling products.
• Perform laboratory tasks, including solution preparation, equipment maintenance, welding, and connecting hydraulic fittings.
• Define and implement testing methodologies, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement while maintaining accurate experiment records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ideally, at least 2 years of experience as a lab technician.
• Analytical, problem-solving, self-motivation, and communication skills.
• Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups or managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
