What you will do
- Define and lead sourcing strategies across Hong Kong, China, Macau, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other regional sourcing locations.
- Develop sourcing, production, allocation, and supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and performance objectives.
- Optimize service levels, supplier partnerships, cost competitiveness, sustainability, and supply chain resilience.
- Represent sourcing in cross-functional forums and build strategic relationships with brands, product, supply chain, and vendors.
- Monitor KPIs, forecast operational and geopolitical risks, and lead continuity and resolution plans.
- Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and an inclusive high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering or footwear technology.
- At least 15 years of experience in footwear manufacturing or sourcing operations, including 5 years in top management.
- Deep expertise in footwear development, engineering, materials, costing, and manufacturing.
- Technical knowledge of footwear design, pattern making, last making, mold development, and end-to-end manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading multi-brand, multi-region organizations in Asia, with strong executive leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
- Excellent written and verbal business English, plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
