What you will do
- Identify, vet, and onboard new vendor partners to secure optimal quality, cost, and reliability.
- Manage supplier relationships through performance tracking, including WBR and MBR processes.
- Collaborate with merchants and procurement teams to achieve target margins and optimize product costs.
- Develop scalable replenishment and capacity management strategies using sales data.
- Ensure all factories strictly adhere to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
- Implement risk management and counter-sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain stability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience specifically within men's sweater categories.
- Strong professional background in supply chain management or retail operations.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to work as a self-starter and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in China or Hong Kong
