What you will do

• Identify, vet, and onboard new vendor partners to secure optimal quality, cost, and reliability.
• Manage supplier relationships through performance tracking, including WBR and MBR processes.
• Collaborate with merchants and procurement teams to achieve target margins and optimize product costs.
• Develop scalable replenishment and capacity management strategies using sales data.
• Ensure all factories strictly adhere to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
• Implement risk management and counter-sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain stability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience specifically within men's sweater categories.
• Strong professional background in supply chain management or retail operations.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to work as a self-starter and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in China or Hong Kong
