Associate Clinical Consultant EP (MedTech)

Location: Copenhagen, with responsibility across Odense, Southern Jutland, and Denmark; candidates must be located in South Denmark (Fyn) or East Denmark (Sjælland). The role includes hospital-based clinical support and up to 1–2 nights of travel away from home per week.

Salary: DKK 466,000–748,650 annually, plus a target annual bonus or sales commissions.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology develops technologies for diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, including the CARTO 3-D Mapping System.

What you will do

• Provide clinical support during electrophysiology procedures using CARTO 3 and other mapping and ablation technologies.
• Train and educate customers to support effective adoption of Johnson & Johnson products.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs, site functionality, and software and hardware upgrades with the European Technical team.
• Maintain knowledge of product instructions for use, clinical methodologies, technical troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product information.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, hospital administrators, and internal partners while identifying sales opportunities.
• Handle customer requests, CRM administration, account documentation, complaints, compliance activities, expenses, and company system updates.

Requirements

• Degree-level education, preferably in biomedical engineering or a related discipline.
• Some electrophysiology or cardiology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent Danish and business-level English are required.
• Strong technical understanding, interest in healthcare technology, perseverance, and ability to complete internal training.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Driving licence and ability to spend up to 1–2 nights per week away from home.

Nice to have

• Experience with account management, sales support, solution selling, or sales training.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, market research, and electrophysiology technologies.
