Project Engineer - Land Development (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead residential land development plans from concept through final design.
• Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway layouts that meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate permitting and agency approvals for site development projects.
• Prepare and review plans, specifications, reports, calculations, estimates, and technical studies.
• Coordinate technical work with project managers, internal disciplines, subconsultants, clients, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks, resolve design issues, oversee technical deliverables, and support schedule and budget adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• At least 4 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with applicable engineering design and analysis software.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
