Warehouse Lead (Manufacturing)

Compensation: $20.50–$27.51 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve quality, accuracy, speed, and cost objectives.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate workloads across the team.
• Run daily team meetings focused on workflow and timely delivery.
• Maintain continuity between shifts through clear documentation and communication.
• Resolve operational and manufacturing problems and facilitate problem solving.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to train new workers.
• Knowledge of the machinery and software required for effective job performance.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
